The Little Internet Customer Service

Do you do in-game trades or giveaways?

We will never ask you for in-game gold, items, or services. We will never ask for account information, including usernames, passwords, or emails. All promotions information will be listed here at thelittleinternet.shop and will never be advertised in-game.

Do you take commissions or make custom prints?

Yes, at a high price point and longer processing time. Generating models takes many hours and typically is not economical for me. If you are interested, please contact help@thelittleinternet.shop.

How do you make these prints?

I use RuneLite’s Model Exporter plugin to generate 3D files and then edit the model to be printable. This involves turning 2D geometry to 3D (capes, for example), thickening features, and closing open surfaces. The file is then sent to be printed using material jetting 3D printers, which combine traditional inkjet printing with the use of photopolymer resins. For a similar process, check out Adam Savage's video here.

What sizes are your products?

They are roughly the size of LEGO® Minifigures. Some models are smaller, and some are larger. Please see each product description for more detailed size information.

Are you allowed to sell these prints?

These 3D printed products operate under the "Fan Content Policy" graciously provided by Jagex. Each model will be limited to 100 prints in accordance with the policy. My creative input involves editing OSRS character model information (meshes, points, colors) to create printable files to bring them to real life.

What is included with the purchase?

Only items listed in the title are included with the purchase. No other items are included. Typically, the main subject of the photo is the product being sold. Photos may be staged with props for decoration (desks, shelves, computer and peripherals). If you have a question about what is included with the purchase, please email help@thelittleinternet.shop.

Are your products 3D printed in color or hand-painted?

All products get their color directly from the printer, using the latest technology in 3D printing. This results in very fine details and accurate colors, bringing your favorite OSRS characters to life.

Are your 3D prints durable?

These prints should be treated like any other figurine or miniature. They are suitable for handling, including gentle tabletop play. To ensure the longevity of your print, please avoid exposing them to UV light, heat, chemicals, and moisture.

Will my model have blemishes or discoloration?

It is normal for 3D printed parts to have minor imperfections and variations from product to product. I try to accurately capture and display the products with the photos on the listing.

Are these 3D prints safe to touch?

Yes, prints are safe to touch. Each print is cleaned and rinsed of printing and finishing chemicals. There may be trace amounts of leftover liquids, powders, or other materials, which is normal for any 3D printing process. If you would like to see the Material Safety Data Sheet, please contact help@thelittleinternet.shop. Please handle the prints gently, as you would with any other figurine or miniature. Avoid touching sharp and thin areas of the print to avoid damage to yourself and the print. Keep products away from children and animals and do not ingest, lick, eat, etc. Like a Dwarven rock cake, they can and will take away IRL hitpoints! Apart from shipping and delivery, I am not responsible for damage to the prints or to parties and property involved with the print.
